Destination 1 - Kepler 70
Kepler 70, also known as KIC 5807616 and KOI-55, is around 4,000 light years from Earth! It's found in the Cygnus constellation and has an apparent visual magnitude of 14.87.

- Type: Subdwarf B star (sdB).
- Temperature: 27,730 K (about 6 times hotter than the Sun's surface).
- Luminosity: 18.9 times that of the Sun.
- Radius: 0.203 times the Sun's radius.
- Mass: 0.496 times the Sun's mass.
- Lifecycle: Passed the red giant stage 18.4 million years ago; currently fusing helium in its core.
- Future: Will contract into a white dwarf when it runs out of helium.
